1. Publisher
This website is published by Nest Residence, a Geneva-based operator of short-term serviced apartments. For any question regarding the editorial content of this site, please write to hello@nestresidence.ch.
2. Hosting
The site is hosted on a global content delivery network. Server locations and uptime are managed by the hosting provider; technical incidents can be reported to hello@nestresidence.ch.
3. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, illustrations, layouts and the Nest Residence name are protected by Swiss and international copyright law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
4. Bookings and stays
Reservations made directly through Nest Residence are governed by the booking confirmation sent by email, which forms a binding agreement between the guest and Nest Residence. Bookings made through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo) are additionally subject to those platforms' own terms.
5. Rates and payment
Rates are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT where due. The tourist tax of the City of Geneva is collected on arrival or via the booking platform, as required by cantonal regulation.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are stated on each booking confirmation and on the residence page at the time of booking. For direct bookings, a free cancellation window is offered up to a defined number of days before arrival; outside that window, the first night is retained.
7. Liability
Nest Residence makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site. Photographs are representative; small variations in furnishings or layout may occur. Nest Residence cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from a stay, except as provided by Swiss law.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice and any dispute relating to the use of the site or to a stay are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory provisions to the contrary.
